Ingredients  of caramelized apples for  3 persons


For the recipe Caramelized apples:

3 beautiful apples

1/2 liter of water

200 g sugar

1 lemon juice

flaked almonds

Preparation of caramelized apples

For the recipe Caramelized apples:

Peel the apples and, using an apple cube, remove into the heart.

.Prepare a syrup with sugar, water and lemon juice.

When the syrup reaches boiling point, dip in the apples and cook over low heat.

When cooked, remove from the syrup and allow to cool.

Reduce the syrup until caramelized. Apply the apples and garnish them with shredded almonds.


You can taste these cold or warm apples.

To make this dessert richer, you can place the apples on a bed of pastry cream. Reduction of caramel syrup should be done on low heat. You will preferably choose a heavy-bottomed pan to complete the operation.
