Wash your face twice a day. It is essential to care for your skin look beautiful without makeup products. Use the time and money you would have spent on makeup products to properly maintain your skin. Find a good facial cleanser that is suited to your skin type and use it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.

Although it may be tempting to wash your face more than twice a day, this is not advisable. Wash your face too often can make your skin dry and irritable, making it less beautiful than before.

Prepare a skin care for your face. Whatever treatment you choose, stick to it and do it fully. Repeat the treatment in the morning and evening.

Moisturize your face daily. Every time you wash your face, you should then apply a moisturizer. Choose a quality daily moisturizer (preferably with SPF) and apply it every day after washing. Go for a slightly richer moisturizer for the night.

Always choose a moisturizer that suits your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, opt for something sweet and unscented. If you are prone to pimples, try something light that is not fat.

Girls with dry skin types should opt for heavy and soothing moisturizers with nourishing ingredients such as shea butter or aloe vera.

Exfoliate your face once a week. Exfoliation removes dead cells on the surface of your skin, leaving your face a fresh and radiant appearance. This can really help give a healthy glow effect to your skin, which is a bonus when you do not want to make up. Find a wash skin with special exfoliating particles which can be used at least once a week, but ideally every 2-3 days for best results.

Alternatively, you could exfoliate your face using a clean washcloth soaked in warm water. Gently rub your face with a washcloth, making slow circular movements. This option is ideal for people with sensitive skin the ingredients in facial cleansers.

Never rub your face too intensely with the exfoliating and do not use it too often. This will dry your skin and give you a feeling irritated, you certainly do not want.

Use a toner. The toner is a care of skin that has often been overlooked, but it can do wonders when it comes to improving the appearance of your skin. The toner restores the natural pH balance of your skin and also has many other benefits, depending on the type of lotion. Search toners that are alcohol-free, they dry up under your skin and help standardize your complexion.

For example, toners designed for oily or acne-prone skin can help remove excess oil and tighten pores, while toning lotions for dry skin can help soothe irritation and imprison the additional moisture.

A toner appropriate for your skin type can be used daily after cleansing and before moisturizing.

Always remove your makeup. Although this article is a guide on how to look good without makeup, there is a good chance that you always want to pamper you and to wear from time to time. This is quite normal, but just make sure that when you put make-up, you will remember to remove it completely before going to bed. The makeup left overnight can clog pores and produce buttons.

Use a specific remover, as a foaming cleanser or cleansing cream, rather than a regular wash. Use a special makeup remover for your eyes, to remove the mascara, eye shadow and eyeliner.

Take care of all your buttons. Buttons can be one of the main reasons why girls are afraid to go out without makeup products, so if you can get rid of your pimples, you will feel much safer to go out without makeup. Make sure to follow a rigorous care plan to prevent your pores get clogged and remove excess bacteria on the surface of your skin. Use products designed for oily or acne-prone and use moisturizers, sunscreens and makeup products that are non-comedogenic (non-pore blocking).

Use without limitation creams and gels that contain ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, both of which are highly effective to counter acne.

If these measures do not seem to work, consider consulting a dermatologist who will prescribe a medicated cream or even strong antibiotics or other medications to consume orally.

Always sunscreen. You should wear sunscreen every day, even if it is cold, cloudy or snowing, since UVB / UVA rays can still damage your skin. The sun damage will make your skin age prematurely and, in extreme cases, they can lead to skin cancer and other skin infections.

Try using SPF 30 or higher, and if possible, find a sunscreen that is also a moisturizer. This will prevent you from forgetting to apply sunscreen.

Stop touching your face. It is a habit that many people have and can seriously affect the quality of your skin. Scrape a specific location, you rub the forehead or simply rest your chin on your hand, these are all examples that add the oil and bacteria on your skin, giving it a greasy appearance.

Rub your face can also soften your skin, causing premature wrinkles. Therefore, if you want to improve the appearance of your skin, make an effort to stop touching your face unnecessarily.

Take care of your skin from within. Sleep at least eight hours a night and drink at least 5-8 glasses of water (one and a half liters) per day. Sleep gives your skin a chance to repair themselves and eat, giving you fresh air and no dark circles under your eyes. Drinking water moisturizes the skin and purifies you from within, eliminating toxins and feeding the metabolism of your skin.
