Here is a diet invented by the pharmacist Sumiko and her husband Hitoshi. Thanks to lukewarm water, Sumiko lost 40 pounds.
The diet itself involves consumption of a banana in the morning as well as drinking lukewarm water throughout the day. The results will be visible in two weeks.
You are also allowed to consume more than one fresh banana for breakfast, but still, not too much.
In case there is some reason you can not eat bananas, you should replace it with some other fruit. In case you do not feel satiated, wait for about fifteen minutes and then eat whatever you want, but in small portions.
The lunch and the dinner you should eat in this diet should be the same as usual. Nevertheless, you should avoid eating after 6 pm. You should also avoid fried foods as much as you can.
The secret to this diet is drinking lukewarm water, meaning that you should drink small sips of lukewarm water throughout the whole day.
Fifteen hours later, you can eat a dessert, such as chocolate or biscuits. Here is an instance of how your menu should look like:
For breakfast: eat a grapefruit, a banana, scrambled eggs, and drink a cup of green tea
For lunch: have two boiled eggs, onions, broccoli, carrots, a big salad made of lettuce and tomatoes
For snack: a handful of nuts, yogurt
For dinner: eat chicken breast, potatoes or cooked carrots
