The first manifestations of the Skin cancer often go unnoticed. The majority of skin cancers do not cause pain or itching or bleeding.

Basal cell carcinoma

Skin cancer manifests itself in particular by one or more of the following signs:

Humpback flesh color or pink, waxy appearance or “pearl” on the face, ears or neck;
A pink and smooth plate on the chest or back.
An ulcer that does not heal.
Squamous cell carcinoma;

Skin cancer  manifests itself in particular by one or more of the following signs:

A patch of skin pink or whitish, rough or dry;
A pink or whitish nodule, firm, warty;
An ulcer that does not heal.
Melanoma

A normal mole is brown, beige or pink. It is flat or raised. It is round or oval, and its outline is regular. It measures, most of the time, less than 6 mm in diameter, and most importantly, it does not evolve.

It manifests itself in particular by one or more of the following signs.

A mole that changes color or size, or whose contour is irregular;
A mole that bleeds or in which areas appear in red, white, blue or blue-black.
A blackish lesion on the skin or mucosa (e.g., the mucosa of the nose or mouth).
Note:

Melanoma can occur anywhere on the body. However, we see that most often appears on the back in men and on one leg in women.
