Try Gwyneth Paltrow’s Health Tips

Gwyneth Paltrow is well known for her hybrid vegan, gluten-free, macrobiotic diet, but also for the way she lives.

Here is  what you can expect if you take Paltrow’s  health tips  and live like her for a week

You might end up with an empty pocket at the end of the day, but take a look a see if it is worth it.

Day 1:

For the day one, you just need to have some decent skills in the kitchen. For dinner you should eat salmon burgers (try buying raw fish and putting it into the blender). You can also make carrot muffins (buy gluten-free baking mix and applesauce). You will end up with a delicious mix of flavors and tastes.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with avocado on Ezekiel bread

Lunch: Grilled chicken with steamed bok choy

Dinner: Five-spice salmon burgers with Asian detox salad

Day 2:

For breakfast, you can make GP morning smoothie. The ingredients are a bit hard to find, but in the end, you will end up with a delicious treat for your mouth. Some of the ingredients such as cordyceps, vanilla mushroom protein powder.

The second part of the day is reserved for working out with Tracy Anderson. You will hear nothing but good music and break a lot of sweat. The next day, your every muscle will hurt, but that is a good thing!

Breakfast: Chia pudding

Lunch: Soba noodle salad with grilled chicken

Dinner: Leftover salmon burgers with Asian detox salad

Day 3:

Make a tea out of fennel, coriander, and cumin seeds and drink while it is warm. You will be energized and ready for new adventures. Do your Tracy Anderson workout and make GP smoothie.

Also, if you have spare money in your pocket, try some makeup and skincare products from Gwyneth’s collaboration with Juice Beauty.

For dinner make cauliflower risotto and take a nice bath. You will feel energized, but also relaxed, which is a great combo.

Breakfast: GP’s morning smoothie

Lunch: Leftover soba noodle salad with grilled chicken

Dinner: Cauliflower and spinach risotto

Day 4:

Of course, start a day with a Tracy Anderson workout, even if you don’t feel like it. Later you can go to a sauna and take a long shower. At the end of the day take a long rest.

Breakfast: Chia pudding

Lunch: Kimchi and chicken nori wraps

Dinner: N/A

Day 5:

According to Gwyneth, every person should do a vitamin IV infusion, which will make your skin glow and provide you an energy boost and cure hangover. A nurse comes to your house and gives you an IV with a vitamin and antioxidant solution. After this infusion, you will be giggly and friendly, and you will have a good night’s rest.

Breakfast: Crackers

Lunch: Crackers

Dinner: Crackers

Day 6:

On day six you should make yourself a smoothie and relax a bit, so you can recover for an infusion shot. If you have strength at the end of the day do another Tracy Anderson master class, but skip a cardio part. If you want to spoil yourself, make a coconut flour pancakes, you will love them.

Breakfast: GP’s morning “smoothie”

Lunch: Chicken noodle soup

Dinner: Coconut flour pancakes

Day 7:

On this day, you should feel detoxified and energy should flow through your body. If you have money and strength, keep this regimen for another week and you will see all the good changes in your health life.
